THE INDEPTH 12 MONTH WARRANTY

InDepth products come with a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase. Casphonr warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Casphone, Casphone may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.

Casphone is not liable for damages to property due to misuse or improper care or maintenance of InDepth's products. Casphone's 12 month warranty does not cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or other property inside or attaching to InDepth's Ultimate iPhone Case.

InDepth warranty only extends to an Original purchase from the InDepth Website or Authorised Re-Seller. For a warranty claim you must provide an original proof of purchase.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

InDepth's 12- month warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with Casphone's written use instructions provided with the product or via hyperlink to such instructions. This 12 month warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.

 

OTHER WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Casphone specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of acceptable quality and fitness for a particular purpose. No InDepth reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

 

DAMAGES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casphone is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, including without limitation any costs of replacing property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried inside the InDepth product.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Please choose carefully... We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Casphone will under no circumstances accept returned goods without written or emailed confirmation from Casphone Customer Service with authorisation to do so.

Should you wish to make a warranty claim you must complete and submit a Warranty Assistance Form which you can find here - www.indepthcases.com.au/warranty_claims

 

WARRANTY ASSIST FORM (WAF)

You should contact our service centre via email at support@indepthcases.com if you have a warranty question or need assistance with your claim.

Once you have completed a WAF and email, you will be contacted by our customer support team, and advised of the process for the assessment and finalisation of your claim, which may include a request for you to:

a) Return the Goods;

b) Provide proof of purchase such as a receipt for payment; or

c) Photos may be required to validate your warranty claim.

 

IF YOU ARE REQUESTED BY US TO RETURN GOODS TO US, YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

a) You must first obtain a RMA number from us which we will provide to you by email, following receipt of your WAF.

b) Within 14 days of receipt of the RMA# from us you must pack and return the Goods in the original packaging.

Acceptance of your warranty/ refund may be affected by the cases return condition. Your package must include the approved RMA number or your claim will not be processed or accepted.

Returned goods will not be accepted if they are received more than 14 days after a valid return authorisation. InDepth is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to InDepth. We recommend that you ship your returned Goods to InDepth using a track-able shipment method.
