Q. Do you make a Case to suit any other models other than the Apple iPhone?

A. We currently specialise in the design and manufacture of waterproof cases for Apple's iPhones but please refer back to our website in the future for any product updates.

Q. Will the Silent switch be accessible with my iPhone fitted inside the case?

A. No, but you can use the volume buttons to quickly control audio levels, or simply turn your iPhone to airplane mode when necessary.

Q. Am I covered by a workmanship warranty?

A. Yes. All InDepth Cases products are covered by a twelve (12) month limited warranty. For more warranty details see the warranty page on this website.

Q. Can I use a screen saver on my iPhone with this Case?

A. No, please remove all screen savers.

Q. Are third party headphones suitable to use with this Case and will the Case remain watertight?

A. The case has been designed to be compatible with the Apple headphones only and when headphones are fitted the Case will not be waterproof.

Q. How do I charge my iPhone?

A. Simply remove the case base and attach the charging connection to the iPhone

Q. Will my iPhone audio volume and quality be affected when fitted inside the Case?

A. As with all true waterproof cases you can expect a reduction in audio volume and quality due to the nature of the waterproof acoustic vents fitted to the case

Q. How do I water test the Case?

A. By performing the water test as shown in the below videos, click on the link for iPhone 4 or iPhone 5 depending on which case you own.

Q. How do I clean the Case?

A. Rinse the outside of the case with clean fresh water and dry with a soft lint free cloth before installing your iPhone. It is important to make sure all sealing surfaces are clean and properly closed before use.

Q. Will the fingerprint ID work with the iPhone5/5s Case?

A. At this stage the touch fingerprint ID feature will not work but the home button will operate as per normal.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.
